you don't tear a copy of State of Union up after the President gives it on national TV. Those are just disrespectful to the office. She can dislike, she can hate him for whatever reason, but both of those acts just create disdain up and down the rank and file, and do not create an atmosphere for co-operation for the next President. And if Biden doesn't recognize that, then he is in for a long 4 years of opposition instead of co-operation.
