and I also remember the farmer that was paid $150 to allow barrels of of dioxin to be buried on his farm land near Times Beach. The problem isn't always "Govt. vs No-Govt.", it's "stupid, ignorant, greedy people vs. honest, thoughtful, cooperative people". As I have said many times, there are WAY too many of the former on our planet right now.
