I had a student loan along with the GI Bill and paid it back. School has gotten so expensive and not everyone can afford to attend school. We need trained workers to fill much-needed positions such as teachers and they have a difficult time repaying the loan and living at the same time. It is definitely something that needs to be considered. What if it was just forgiven for certain income brackets for now, then later just for certain professions that the need is there.
