The claim was...

I believe Trump admin has been planning this for several years. EC were purposely given legal ballots with a secret watermark. All these mail in ballots that the DNC distributed were duplicated in China and didn’t have the watermark.

The admin has nothing at all to do with making ballots. Could they have gone to court and demanded this prior to the election..sure...but then it would be out there...so not really a secret claim

Please explain why this message is being reported.
