Would it have been smart to use some sort of technology in mailed ballots..sure...but the claim was ....it was actually used...and then something as obvious as a watermark was done in "secret" by someone without any access to making of said ballots.

The Smollett case had more plausibility on day 1.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
