We already know what it's like when a place has ineffective police. Go to almost any 3rd world country. The rich are able to afford security, so they are pretty safe. Their businesses are safe. It's the poor that suffer. Their homes and businesses are the ones that will be robbed. They are the ones that will be murdered, raped, and assaulted.

Defunding the police is nothing but another assault on the poor to keep them in line by the left.
