seems bigger than Mike Kelly's Pennsylvania case.

1. As I understand it, they don't have to prove voter fraud. They just need to show what PA did was unconstitutional.

2. PA, MI, WI and GA have until Thursday at 2pm CT to respond to the SCOTUS about this case.

3. This case carries more weight than Kelly's case because more states have joined it.
