for a hospital system wanting to know if an order had shipped yet from a vendor. Just talked to her Friday and the vendor said it would ship "in the next couple days". Vendor has no on-line portal to track orders, so getting an update involves calling them.

And she wanted a confirmation number. We don't deal with confirmation numbers. I made up something and gave it to her.

And on top of that, she spoke so softly and with such a deep Indian accent I had to get her to repeat each sentence in order to understand her.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
