But given a dem House (where spending bills originate) and a dem in the White House, what makes him think spending will decrease? It was the dems pushing for much larger stimulus, much larger health spending, much larger education spending.
Why would Biden cause this to shrink? Knowing how government works is basic. The question is why he would expect Biden to suddenly come in and tell the dems not to spend? Can you answer that if you are so bright and my comments were so simple?
