I have heard the media and JG dismiss the claims as false and proclaim that there is no evidence.

But i have not seen or heard an explanation of why this happened, explained by the person in charge of the operation.

What is the explanation for the suitcases, for the 3am shutdown, the dismissing of the R poll watchers and the actions on the video.
