I don't understand why everyone isn't taking D3 and Zinc

everyday. It's extremely simple, cheap, and known for ages to be a big natural help with immunity. And even if you get infected, these things greatly help with severity and longevity of symptoms.

Apparently melatonin can help with Covid prevention and symptoms too.

But I think we know by now people aren't going to take simple measures to take care of themselves, which is mind boggling to me.
