The Third Circuit gutted his Pennsylvania case and he had to drop his fraud claims.
Without fraud claims, the best he can do in PA is to flip 8-10,000 votes. He trails by over 80,000. So it is now mathematically impossible for him to win there.
Without PA, it is mathematically impossible for him to get to 270, even if he wins everything else he's fighting.
For the good of the country, he should concede the election and start cooperating with the transition team of President-Elect Biden. But with Trump, it's never been about the good of the country. It's only about the good of Donald Trump. So he probably won't do the right thing.
