the attraction and nurturing of good-paying solid jobs, the pay of which benefit the community and the state (my employer). Our charge was NOT to attract ****ty jobs provided by individuals whose PRIMARY interest was paying low wages. Our job was NOT to attract low wage employers ya dumb fck.
