The facts are simply: (1) A number of think tanks have concluded that California's contribution to the Federal Government and its benefits from the Federal Government are about equal. (2) Nancy proposed Covid 13 stimulation bill that she was attempting to negotiate with Steve Munchin prior to the election included very large sums to go to California to pay its state government debt. In other words, Nancy wanted Missourians to take on and pay some of California's debt.
