In creating excitement and energy with the team. There was little when he came in. So all the hype videos, social media stuff he does is about creating a culture and building excitement and getting attention for the MU program. It is like the “row the boat” stuff I thought was cheesy with Fleck at Central Michigan and Minnesota. But it worked and and when they started winning they started having him on ESPN Gameday.
