A.J. Smith – 6’7 – F – Metro East Lutheran (IL)
A solid max effort type forward who can finish at multiple levels and clean the glass, Smith is also an excellent passing big. He scores around the basket and at the mid-range level offensively and on the defensive end he’s versatile and disrupts things with his ability to guard multiple positions and contest shots. He’s just starting to come into his own and his best years are obviously in front of him.
A side note there Hercy Miller is also discussed in that article. Has a Mizzou offer.
