I’m assuming she opted out of playing any more this fall, and will be available in the spring when it really counts for the NCAA tournament.

Something still doesn’t seem right to me. She’s clearly recovering from some injury and has been used seldomly, and out of position, to this point. And has been ineffective. All we have left in the fall are 4 matches against very weak opponents that we completely outmatch in talent. Playing or not playing doesn’t affect Mizzou at all against Arky and Ole Miss.

So why did she play the first 4 matches, and what changed in the COVID situation and her perception of the risks to her between the first 4 matches and the last 4?

Very strange.

Hope she is back in the spring when we are making a push to get one of the 16 at large bids to the tournament. She is a far superior starter, when healthy, compared to Sauer.
