segregated. That still leaves a gaping hole in proving when non-postmarked ballots arrived. Not saying this happened, but imagine having stacks of pre-filled out ballots and tossing them in bins to be counted as precincts were reporting heavy leads for Trump. They didn't need to be postmarked to show they had ever entered the USPS system.
