Biden and Trump voters are excited about their candidate. If that is an issue in MN, it should translate to many other states.
That may spell trouble for Biden if he can't even get people to put a ballot in the mail...if this was a 'normal' election where people had to drag themselves to the poll to vote, why would those who are delaying filing a mail in ballot go to the polls?
That said, I still think Biden wins MN
