Most Tigerboarders expect every player to play at their max talent and rarely does that happen. That's why you need talented guys so that even if they aren't maxing their talent it is still better than a Mitch who for 4 plus years people expect him to overplay what he has to offer. The additions of Chang and Wilmore are not talent upgrades.
