If we return to the original strategy in the Spring of this year, all governments were merely attempting to slow the spread of the covid-19 virus so medical services would not be overtaxed. No one, not even medical experts, believed that a lockdown would effectively prevent the spread of the covid-19 virus and prevent deaths from occurring. This has become the political construct of certain people wishing to capitalize on the covid-19 virus by spreading fear throughout out population!
