we had a play called hazlewood east.

we would yell it out, and then just keep calling out at the line. two years straight they jumped every time. we should have hard counted the whole game.

some players cant watch the ball, and get so jacked up the just go.

one way to stop jumping? trick your own guys.

we told the DEs if they lined up a half yard outside and watched the ball and ignored the calls, the tackle could not get to them, and the tackle could not react to their move and would have to listen himself to the call. make sense? doesn't matter, they stopped jumping offside
