The progressive liberal "gobalist" Dems need the graduated tax code so they can shriek "the rich don't pay their fair share". However, the top 10% of tax payers pay approximately 40% of the income tax collected. The bottom 40% to 50% pay little if any income tax. Got to have that "class warfare" weapon available every election cycle!
