Plug in crockpot.

Chop rack of ribs into smaller pieces, then place in crock pot.

Pour over ribs one (1) bottle of whatever BBQ sauce is cheapest at the store that day.

Cook until obliterated, then enjoy.

Seriously, though. Get a smoker.
