crock pot. I just used dry rub and cooked them on low until they were done. Then took them out and grilled them to get some bark on the outside. Sauced lightly towards the end of grilling.

They were as you'd expect. Good but not as good as ribs done the right way. But also way less risk of messing them up and ending up with leather. The tricky part is getting them out of the crock pot and to the grill without the meat falling off.
