they have not tracked the way it is being done.

For Huawei, they have figured out how they are doing it.

They know it CAN be done through TicTok but they haven't yet cracked the code
CODE.... see why China wont release the code? because it will be easier to figure out how they are doing it.

This isn't tinfoil hat stuff.. it is happening and they are way ahead of us.
