Last season was different than Cuonzo’s first 2 seasons

His first 2 years his best 3-4 shooters have taken 70%+ of the 3 point attempts. Last year because of how they struggled the shot attempts was more balanced.
They did trend away from that balance over the last 12 games. In those games the offense changed. The pace increased and the guys that most would say are the better shooters were taking a majority of the shots. Mizzou went 6-6 in those games, even though they didn’t shoot that great. If those guys bounce back and shoot a combined 34% instead of under 30%, something they have done previously, then we will see the team rebound and be more like you and I expected last season.
