discretionary spending combined. What else are you going to cut? I mean, if you want to get of social security and medicare, have at it. But the GOP's starve the beast argument is finally hitting a wall. There's nothing left to cut that would come anywhere close to answering this. At some point, the bill for 40 years of tax cuts will come due.
