Do you think that swamp rat was only trying to inform us about the reason for a decision that to the best of my knowledge had not been discussed on the board?

Would you guess that someone with the low character and equally low communication skills who posts solely for his own enjoyment, would post to inform rather to inflame?

People who hate trump don't want a life saving vaccine until trump leaves office. The staggering amount of deaths in the next five years are a small price to pay for denying trump bragging rights to a record time in creating a vaccine.
