the constitution says the government can't, It doesn't say your boss, your friends, etc. when you choose to take the scholarship you represent the school. I can't protest while on the job or representing the company. interesting how few understand the constitution. and many use it to their advantage. someone blocks a road, it is their right? what about the right of the person driving to work? now they think it is peaceful to yell at dinners. What they are doing is being a bully. Which just a few years ago we all said bullies were bad.
