Opportunists are everywhere and are not specific to one gender or color. There's always gonna be a group of people that utilize a situation to their advantage. For every ten people that would pick up a wallet that fell out of someone's pocket and tell the poor bastard that lost it, they'll be two people that won't say **** and will pocket the cash.
