A 40 member committee from across the country. 32 conferences represented.

They represent big conferences and small.

These folks know a little something about college athletics.

What will happen is the best players will play, and the others will accept a reduced role, retire from the sport, redshirt, or transfer. We lose 5 or 6 players every year to the aforementioned reasons.
