In fact MSNBC literally said that the other day.

Yes their death rate is higher than neighboring countries. But they appear largely done with the virus. Norway just had their single biggest day of cases since April.

Every other country that locked down will continue seeing waves and delaying the inevitable. Been saying this for months.
