having my lights on after dusk...although I though they were on). Anyway, I just cooperated with the police woman, told her I thought my lights were on, etc. She let me off with a warning, but the whole episode lasted less than five minutes.
If you don't want to "cooperate" with cops, don't expect them to "cooperate" with you. Or even give you the benefit of the doubt. The driver in this video had no right to call the first copy vile names and accuse him of racism. Had he done that to a private citizen, he probably would have gotten his nose broken.
