a couple of years before I retired. During a closing meeting with corporate executives on site I had an opportunity to question the lady who had signed off on the customs release forms that had been submitted by the bonding company. She started bawling and admitted her part in the fraud, while her bosses just sat their livid. One of the times I wish I had taken along an FBI Agent. Or maybe a video recorder. Yeah, they got a hefty fine and a visit from the IRS.
