Sullivan to hold his circus, make his idiotic ruling, then appealed.
And Sullivan won't probe too hard because he won't through the FBI and lawyers who prosecuted FLynn under the bus. The reason Flynn pled to begin with was lack of having discovery he was entitled to that show the whole thing was a sham.
This is about as clear cut a separation of powers case as you can get to.
