Sullivan will probe why DOJ wishes to dismiss after Flynn re-affirmed his plea twice previously.
Sullivan won't let it be whitewashed. If Flynn's team doesn't like it, they can appeal it.
Too bad Trump is afraid to issue a pardon, especially since he fired the guy for lying (to Pence). Flynn seems to lie a lot.
