one video does not answer all the questions. He was shot after he walked around a car opened the drivers door. Don't know what he was saying or why he did not give himself up when the cops drawed on him. Don't know why he was not tazed.

What I do know he was not scared of the cops when things went down and the cops were defiantly scared and not prepared for this altercation.
