gun. And in spite of being told NOT to go to the car, he did anyway. He was tased and kept on going.

He wouldn't have gotten shot if he'd just stayed put while the original disturbance was sorted out.

And if they show there was a gun in his car and it was within his reach, then it's a good shoot.

If they discover he had no gun in his car and was just being a pain in the ass, the officers are in trouble.

But lets jump to conclusions.

What would your conclusion be if he pulled out a gun and shot 2 officers before they had a chance to respond?
