Well, it won't be Harris. Willie Brown, Harris' sugar daddy advised her to decline the VP slot, if offered. Harris can deliver Cali, but Biden will probably win the State anyway. Rice has name recognition, but no significant base of support in the country. Biden boxed himself in with the promise of a black woman running mate. It is certain to be a token or affirmative action hire situation. Everyone in the country understands this reality.
