We're talking about federal payroll taxes - employers are liable for withholding and remitting.

tRump can order the irs to not collect payroll taxes at this point - but he can't "waive" payroll taxes for the year. All his EO would do is DEFER payroll taxes - they are still due at the end of the year.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
