That there would be no signs of a Russian buildup (and movement through Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria etc) that the US could send the 82nd, 101st, 7th Inf, 10th Inf etc in response?

BTW, NATO nations have 1.86 million active duty military in Europe. Why is THAT not a deterrent to Russia's 900K active military strength?
