I don't support stimulus

I support appropriate compensation to the business owners for damage inflicted by the unilateral actions of the government through no fault of the business owners. I think much of the concept behind financial support to keep employees on the payroll made sense. Of course, this blew up into a preposterous mixture of pork and inefficient implementation. As I have said before, while I don't generally support eminent domain, I think it would be immoral to take away land with no compensation whatsoever.
