'Free trade' doesn't mean bending over and giving all manufacturing capacity to China.

'Free trade' needs to happen first INSIDE Red Nation to the benefit of Red Nation citizens.

All external countries must be considered as trade partners on an individual basis depending on what the 'deal' is.

The United States over the last 50 years has not had foreign trade policy, it's had foreign charity policy.
