people who believe in freedom and opportunity, who are not looking to be victims, who aren't looking for handouts, who expect the government to provide only the bare minimum necessary to protect the nation and keep it rolling economically.

Necessarily all the great scientists & visionaries would be on the Red side.
The blue side would of course be more like a prison, kind of like Russia or China.
