rollback but I suspect it is also unwarranted.

GOP leaders are not without blame here but the mistakes there are the same ones the GOP had been making for years. They are spineless and afraid to stand up to masses and tell them they are wrong.

Kelly is just being a good Dem. She knows she has no political future in Kansas her only path forward comes from appeasing the national Dems.
