Rule 8 or 9 prohibits said conduct, and paying fans in attendance have a reasonable expectation that once players come out for pre-game activities they will not be subjected to players making political statement by conduct, speech, or unapproved dress.

It is part of the bargain for exchange. That time is not their own.
