was to incentivise Covid cases and insurance companies followed suit. Hospitals lose money on Medicare patients but if the guy being admitted with chest pains is a Covid patient then they get more for his treatment.

The US system is the only one that has put a bounty on Covid cases. Why are we surprised that we are finding more cases than the rest of the world?
