it does a great job of learning our patterns.

If I forget to turn the air up or the heat down when we're leaving the house for a long period of time, it will usually know after a couple hours that our phones aren't nearby and adjust for me.

Did that once when we went on vacation for a week...realized on about day 6 that I forgot to turn the air up. Pulled up the Nest app and it showed that it auto-adjusted for me about halfway through the 1st day we were gone.
