best tech support I have ever experienced in my life.

It was fast, easy, they knew exactly what I was talking about. I told them all the steps I had already done, reset the router, factory reset, etc...

They are sending me a brand new Nest. They think the Wifi chip failed.

For once, I felt like I was actually on the same page with a customer support person.
